A person’s character strengths and weaknesses are essential to understand because they reveal an individual’s personality. Some particular strengths and weaknesses are familiar to most people. You may determine a person’s character strength or weakness by observing their behavior. Those with specific character strengths are more successful, while others may not. This is because your personality traits are a reflection of what you are best at and what you are capable of.

Character Strengths are Internal Capacities
